Registration includes conference materials, meals, coffee breaks and welcome reception. Registration does not include the dinner on the 14th (for those who book it) to be paid in cash when the documentation is collected.
All payment must be done through Bank transfer to the following account:

In the bank transfer is essential:
- To clearly state the concept above mentioned.
- The expenses/commissions of the bank transfer must be paid by the person/institution that registers (NOT the University of Vigo).
Once the bank transfer is carried out:
- The participant must sent a payment receipt to the following e-mail: email@example.com.
- Those who register as "non-permanent staff" must send at the same time a document proving their status as a predoctoral or postdoctoral researcher.
Once the payment receipt (and, if applicable, the proving document) arrived to the organizers, the inscription of participants will be confirmed through e-mail.
